Ceramic facade

Ceramic is one of the building materials that have different applications. Ceramics are used both in the facade of the building and inside the building as an interior facade, and ceramics are also used to floor the building, which shows the widespread use of ceramics.

Ceramics in modern facades are done in two ways, dry and mortar. Of course, you should pay attention to the type of ceramic, because the ceramic for the facade is different from the normal ceramic for the wall and floor, and if it is to be installed with mortar, it must be absorbable behind the ceramic, and if it is installed at height, it must be scooped to the facade.

But in the dry method, it is completely different. In this method, the facade ceramic is ironed and the ceramic is connected to the substructure by special holders. It is better to put layers of plastic mesh or Place metal to prevent them from falling if broken.

Advantages of ceramic facade:

  • High speed execution
  • No construction waste and noise
  • Reduce wasted energy
  • Ease of execution for high-rise buildings due to lack of access to mortar
  • Fire resistance
  • High difficulty
  • High corrosion resistance
  • High compressive strength
